Checklist of Required Documentation

Dear Applicant,

In addition to your completed loan application and signed Borrowers Authorization Forms, the following documents will be required to assist us in expediting the processing of your loan request;

• If a purchase, a copy of your complete sales contract
• If a refinance, please provide a copy of your prior title policy
• Copy of a valid and legible photo ID such as a drivers license
• Copies of your last three months statements for checking, savings, money markets, stock and retirement accounts

Please provide the applicable following documents;

• If self employed and applying for a fully documented loan, copies of your most recent last two (2) years tax returns. These need to include all schedules.
• If you own more than twenty four percent (24%) of your company, please provide copies of the most recent two years tax returns for this company and this needs to include all schedules.
• If employed, copies of your last two (2) years W2’s or 1099’s.
• Copy of your last two paystubs from your employer.
• If you receive Social Security, Pension or Disability Income, copies of your Award Letter showing how long this will continue for and amount being received.
• If you are presently renting, please provide the name, address and telephone numbers for your landlords for the past two years.
• If you are applying for a No Income Verification Loan, then you will need to provide either a copy of your business license for the past two years, or a letter from your CPA that states how long he has prepared your tax returns for you, the position you hold with your company and for how long you have been with this company and how long at the same location No statement should be made about income in this letter.
